Yes, Nestd homes have been designed to accommodate off-grid services and can be fully on-grid, full off-grid or a mixture of the two.

Q: How long will do Nestd™️ compact houses last?

Our houses last 50+ years or the same as a traditionally built houses.

Q: Can I customise a Nestd home design?

Yes! Quite often the Nestd home design is pretty close, however with a few tweaks, such as bigger windows, re-orientation of layout, etc., it becomes perfect. Feel free to discuss your requirements with the Nestd team, who can offer options and advice. There are also upgrade options available to finishes and fittings.

Q: Who applies for the permits?
